1. Description of Service

RootTracking is a SaaS analytics platform for affiliate marketers and performance advertisers. The platform enables users to track conversions, import campaign data from advertising networks, upload offline conversion events, and monitor traffic quality.

2. Account Registration

To use RootTracking, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RootTracking to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload fraudulent conversion data to advertising platforms
• Attempt to access another user's data or account
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent

4. Google Ads Integration

When you connect a Google Ads account, you authorize RootTracking to access your Google Ads data to display campaign metrics and to upload conversion events on your behalf. You must have the legal right to access and manage the Google Ads accounts you connect. You may revoke this access at any time from the Integrations screen.

5. Subscription and Payment

RootTracking offers paid subscription plans. Billing is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at suporte@roottracking.com.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, code, and branding are the property of RootTracking. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data imports from third-party services (such as Google Ads) will always be accurate or timely.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RootTracking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost revenue or data loss.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the Profile settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
